1. Order Cancellation
The user / customer of the website has the right to cancel the order at any time before sending it. If the payment has been made by the user / customer by credit card or deposit to the Bank, Di mare arte undertakes to return the entire amount in full within 7 working days. Bank charges that may arise will be borne exclusively by the user / customer of the website.
2. Product Returns
The customer (consumer according to the wording of the relevant law) in accordance with the provisions of article 4 par. calendar days, returning the goods to their respective Di mare arte supplier in their original condition, without incurring any costs other than return costs. Then, Di mare arte, after confirming the condition of the product will return to the customer the money corresponding to the value of the product.
